How do I exchange an item?

In the event that you need to exchange an item, we ask that the item hasn't been used, is unopened and returned to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Please reach out to our support team (, so that we can better understand the reason for the exchange and provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be linked to your order.  Please note: returns without an RMA number will be denied.

Please proceed with purchasing the item that you would like online. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it, and a return will be issued within 1-3 business days.
